Convenient tools for adaptive layout?
Are there any convenient tools for adaptive layout? I have a resolution of 1920x1080, and before I always had a Google browser for this resolution, the viewport is not enlarged there, like in firefox. But after the update of google chrome, the viewport is also increased by default there and now I have to either manually reduce the viewport "CTRL" + "-", either do it myself in the settings, or add a new resolution to the window resizer, but then the area will scroll in width.
In general, God with these troubles, but after that I was interested in this topic and I would like something universal. Can you advise?

I don't understand what scale issues you have.
In chrome, a convenient screen emulator, both mobile and desktop, touch and not touch, of different orientations and pixel densities.
You can even have a 1920x1080 monitor to see how the site will look on larger screens, for example, 2550x1440
