Continue to promote a new domain or transfer to another domain with history?

Such is the problem, there is a site that starts to barely move in Google (top 50-30) everything is very slow for the domain for half a year, but it still doesn’t move anywhere, and I did the optimization and increased the links a little, and made 100 points on PageSpeed and on various services high scores and statistics show that users are satisfied, the service works as it should. But, there is one "BUT" Google has been doing everything very slowly for half a year, as no more than 3 clicks a day. Friends point to the age of the domain, they say young, so it does not give a position.

I did an analysis on competitors, all of them have dead PageSpeed indicators, poor optimization for mobile phones, the text on the page is sometimes just like a set of letters, with them, apart from other indicators that I have better, the difference is only in the number of links (and ahrefs score) and age. They are all over a year old, mine is 6 months old.

So the question is whether moving to another domain (Expired domain, the same name only the zone is different) will improve the situation.

I would make three blocks (div for example)
Left and middle float :left and specify min-width and max-widht
The third right block will take all the remaining space by itself

You can also use flexbox

in general use

height: 100vh;
width: 100vw;

and here is an example - codepen.io/anon/pen/Wwovwv

Well, you will have not three transitions, but five, is it worth it?
How is it necessary to compile the top ranking factors and work with them already?
