Content manager apps?

Hello. I work as a content manager.
Customers/clients send a task and edits in all sorts of messengers and mailers, often it's just a footcloth of forwarded messages and images, where it's not clear what's what.
Is there a program / application / etc. in which customers / clients can form their TK / Wishlist / edits in some specific and understandable form?

Trello, MeisterTask, etc.
In general, the client will not worry about doing HOW YOU are comfortable, and will do as convenient and right it seems to him, and he will be, in fact, right.
