Content from movies and comics in the app. How to put it on google play without the risk of being banned?

Wrote a mobile application (game). The game uses pictures of marvel characters and other films and comics about superheroes. I want to make the application paid.
I heard a lot of stories about bans on google play for using someone else's content, but I found many applications that do this, there are many who use marvel characters.
How to prevent a ban?
Which of these can be used, or will they be banned for any of these points:
1. pictures of characters directly from the movie 2. character art
found in a search engine commercial purposes, is it true or not?.
And one more thing: is it possible to use such words as marvel, ds, lord of the rings, etc. in the description.
In general, please give me as many tips as possible on how to prevent the ban of such an application.
And if google play is so stubborn, are there other stores where you can upload a paid application with someone else's content?

No way.
I have a movie cataloger that exports a list of movies for viewing on android. It shows posters, the size of an icon and movie titles. So I was blocked because of the screenshots, which showed movie posters, because I do not have rights to these posters. Again, they were the size of an icon. I had to blur the column with posters, leaving only the names and daubs, and the application was allowed.
Those. there is a possibility that inside the application it will be possible to use someone else's content (if no one complains), but on the application page it will definitely not be possible to show screenshots - either the apk will be deleted or banned altogether.
