It is necessary to block malicious attachments (js, exe, etc.) in mail.
Requirements:
- Unpacking rar5, LZH archives, incl. with changed extensions
- Support for Cyrillic in filenames
Now I use amavis, but it can't handle it.

Well, in general, this is the task of amavis + clamav.
Maybe you should install the iredmail assembly and see how it is configured?
