Constantly falls off RDP through vpn?

From home I connect to various organizations. Mikrotik hap ac2 is at home on 7.1.b6.
1. There is an office where there is the same microt, but with 6.48.1 and between them the l2tp+ipces tunnel is raised. RDP drops every minute (Reconnection 1 of 5 and reconnects). At the same time, through the same syncthing, I just transferred 16 gigs without any problems. Okay, he's up for it. I take smb and throw a 3 gig file, transfer it without any problems. There are 2 RDP servers in the office, and so on with both.
2. The second office, there is an OVPN (udp, but also checked on tcp) server on PfSense. The meaning is about the same. But RDP breaks noticeably less often (once every 5 minutes) and on all servers (there are about 40 of them) ... What does it all mean if you upload a large file via smb, then it will copy an hour and two without any problems ...
None of the parties in the logs writes about client / server disconnects, but RDP itself ...
MTU lowered to 1300, all providers have 1480. Where to dig? I already lowered the color, and ... yes, I probably tried everything that could be done in the RDP client.

Issue resolved. Due to the fact that there was a console mode in RDP connections to servers and something was pulling this console mode from the server side, and there were breaks. Disabled console mode and the problem disappeared. I will look for what pulls the console mode. But that's another problem.)

First, downgrade Mikrotik to long term firmware (6.47.9).
And what's with the pings? RDP is very critical of losses.
It would also be nice to look at the trace between external addresses in both directions.
