Console installation of bitrix

Good afternoon!
I would like to use the console to install and configure Bitrix without deploying it on a web server.
Are there similar solutions?
I managed to do the installation of the first few steps on my own. (Creating databases, Installing modules).

For configuration, it may still fit. The same actions are written in the module installation scripts. But their goal is precisely not to make sudden and thoughtless movements in the console.
