Connection timed out?

Installed DataGrip from JetBrains, but it doesn't want to connect to any connection. Tried localhost and another remote on the server - all the time swears at "connection timed out". The connections are working and the data is correct, other programs (for example HeidiSQL) connect through them normally!

PS Windows 7, MySQL 5.6

It seems that you are connecting to the wrong address.
Please note, for example, that if the server is remote, then HeidiSQL can first connect to the server, and then enter mysql.
With a localhost, of course, magic, but still try again to carefully compare the connection settings and their details in both programs
