Connecting via Putty to ubuntu (Hyper-V)?

It so happened, the authorities like to pervert, and you have to adapt to them.
In general, the question is simple, but not smart enough, apparently :)
Windows Server 2012 is installed, the Hyper-V role has been added
Installed Ubuntu 12.04 there
Now I can’t connect to it from my computer via SSH. Port 22 is open. I go to the WS desktop, I see how Ubuntu works (working table)
What's wrong?

telnet ip ubuntu port 22 is there an answer?
