Connecting *.ui interface in python via uic (Windows 7)?

Good afternoon, I'm trying to connect a bare interface via uic, everything works on a working PC on Linux, I took it home, finalized it and added functionality, but I ran into a connection problem. I work with PyQt4 /OC Windows 7 /Python 3.4.3
Please tell me what's the matter?
