Connecting through a proxy on the server?

There is a server running windows with an adsl connection. Standard adsl connection.
Access to the Internet is carried out through a third-party proxy, which requires a login and password for authorization. The proxy server is not controlled by me.
Many computers are connected to the server, each of which requests a login and password for a proxy for any connection.
How can you implement authorization on the server so that clients get direct access to the Internet without any requests?

Install a proxy capable of upstream with authorization on your server. Allow users through your proxy.
