Connecting Owncloud clients via webdav. Is it possible to?

I put the owncloud client and try to feed it a link to the webdav connection. In the logs I get "( \"The node name does not match the valid node names of the certificate\" ) \n " Certs are known and trusted! This is not an actual error."
As I understand it, there is a problem with the certificate. I just enabled SSL on Apache. I did not give any certificate. In this regard, two questions:
1) Can I feed some free certificate or generate my own valid inside the local network?
2) Is it possible to disable this check at all?

Didn't give any certificate.

If you did not configure a self-signed certificate, then most likely the client will not work with it via SSL.
1 - You can set up a lets encrypt certificate.
2 - I'm not sure, but it seems that if you hang owncloud on port 80, then you just need to specify the http:// connection address in the client and it will work. When I tested owncloud on my local network, I don’t remember setting up certificates and any kind of SSL. Everything worked without encryption.

Ubuntu 16.04 + Apache2 + MariaDB + PHP7. The flight is normal.
But as always, there is a but. A certificate from Let's encrypt is installed and it looks like the whole thing is in it.
Clients are not connected except through browsers.
Not at all. Neither through Http nor through https, hangs at the stage of checking the name \ password.
