Connecting JS to Bitrix?

Good day to all! Bitrix has a method Asset::addJs which puts JavaScript in the head. But what if I need to include JS not in the head, but somewhere else?!?? Moreover, so that it is not cached. What are the options!??

use Asset::addString(
there 2, the 3rd parameter is just what you need.
