Connecting expansion boards to Arduino DUE?

The manual for the DUE board states that the board uses a logic level voltage of up to 3.3 V and devices with a higher voltage cannot be connected to it. However, it is not said if this applies equally to UART, I2c, PWM, DAC (DAC), canrx(tx) and analog inputs. Do they need a logical level converter during their work, since its presence imposes certain restrictions and complicates the circuit.
