Connecting CSS file to LiveEdit in PhpStorm?

Download plugin for PhpStorm, download plugin for chrome. I select the desired html file, right-click, select debug. The file is launched in the browser. I make changes to the html file, changes occur in the browser. Attached styles to the file. I make changes in the style file, nothing changes in the browser. How to track two files at once?
Ps: Before that I worked in Sublime Text with Live Reload.
