Connecting and configuring mobile "thermal printers" in self-service terminals?

There is such a self-service terminal with a built-in thermal printer, and an nfc and rfid reader, drivers for all devices are safely installed, but the fact is that the 'thermal printer' itself is not defined as a printer in the device manager, but is defined as a device of a completely different type, of course To check this device for printing from the OS itself, I can’t display anything. I think in addition another software should be installed in the OS that will already be able to work with this printer, since the win 10 OS itself cannot do this, am I actually thinking right?
