Connecting a microphone to a microcontroller?

Good afternoon!
I need to connect a two lead electret microphone (HMO1003A-60 PBF) to a microcontroller (MSP430). I found such a connection diagram, but I don’t know how to calculate the resistor and capacitor and I’m not sure if the diagram is correct.

Take the resistor in the range of 2kOhm (3.3V power supply) - 4.7kOhm (5V power supply), nothing will burn.
Capacitor - any non-polar film or ceramic in the range of microfarads.
