At the very least, you should start here . In general, Gmail for enterprises is a paid thing, so as an alternative, you can try the service from Yandex .

It's better to start from here - since Google still gives 10 free accounts per domain, and if you need more, then $50 per account.

If I understood the question correctly:
In the settings of Google Apps for domains, there is a Catch-all address item that allows all letters received to a non-existent address to be redirected to a specific e-mail

Does the hoster have no mail service at all? If you only receive, then the easiest option is to set up forwarding and that's all.

The forwarding setting has one fat minus.
One of the factors by which Gmail detects spam is the sender's IP address.
Forwarding emails kills this factor, all emails are sent from the host's IP address. As a result, the quality of spam recognition drops sharply.
Headers with sender IP addresses added to hosters are not trusted by Gmail, because no one bothers spammers to add any headers they want.
When using paid GoogleApps, there is an option to trust the listed hosts. But is it worth paying for an extra weak link in the chain? Gmail is obviously more reliable than most homebrew hosts.
The solution is to attach GoogleApps to the domain, and that's it.
Headlines from itself, of course, Gmail trusts ...
