Confusion with lines on incoming calls?

I understand that the question is not quite in the profile branch, but I'm afraid they won't help at all in the profile branch, but this product is still made on Asterisk. There is a Kerio Operator, we have 7 incoming lines from Mango Telecom, and that's the trouble - I add line 7, it works fine, but it's worth making the slightest changes to it (add a prefix, or something else) and save, we get everything that when calling this line, she sits on the next line 6 ...... I tried to delete line 6, then start line 7 .... everything is the same, any line 7- sits on line 6!!
who has problems, kerio, mango, or me?
There is also a glitch with incoming routing that I don’t understand, let’s say there is line 2 and line 3, if they are stupidly turned off, then the call comes to line 1, I don’t understand how ......
Can anyone at least give directions, where to dig?
