Configuring Mikrotik CRS+VLAN+DHCP+VLAN1?

Good day to all! There was a need to use Mikrotik CRS125 as a router with VLAN support.
We have 24 ports, and
1 port is allowed - untagged VLAN1 (as a WAN)
2 port must pass 1 and 10 VLANs (and have addresses for 1 VLAN 192.168.2.1/24, and for 10 VLAN 192.168.10.1/24).
Port 3 must also pass VLANs 1 and 10 (for 1 VLAN 192.168.3.1/24), and also have access to subnet 10.0 (i.e. 10 VLANs).
In this case,
VLAN 1.10 must be able to route traffic to VLAN 1. VLAN
2 must be able to route VLAN1 traffic between ports 2 and 3. Also, clients of VLANs 1 and 12 (from all ports except 1) must receive addresses via DHCP.
I ask for help, I encountered Mikrotik for the first time, on the same Tsiska everything is very simply implemented.

And this will help you too.
Start simple: draw all vlans. Access between them is already cut by the firewall.
