I turn it on, the cooler starts to work and it cuts out after 10-15 seconds, I tried to change the PSU, percent, RAM, turned it on without a hard disk, but everything is the same. I even changed the switch, it still cuts out, what could be the problem?

No swollen capacitors? The cooler does not bend the motherboard?
