Computer monitor turns off and only works in safe mode?

Hello! I ran into such a problem, I turn on the computer (everything is fine), the desktop loads and immediately the monitor goes out, I pull out the hdmi cable or whatever it is called correctly and everything is fine, well, not for long. Then it goes out again ... If I load the computer in safe mode , then everything works fine and may occasionally go out when working in the browser. What could be the problem?

Since you did not write down the hardware composition of your computer, I will assume that your video card is out of order.
