Computer instead of ip phone?
Good afternoon, the task is to optimize the business. The system is planned: multi-channel phone => ip mini-ATS => instead of or together with ip phone a computer with a CRM base.
It should turn out like this: A call comes in, the PBX addresses the call to the dispatcher, the dispatcher displays the client profile (name, address, information about previous orders) on the computer by phone number, the dispatcher fills in information about the order, prints the invoice.
Is it possible? What equipment and software is better to buy?

Overhead in 1s? look for a CRM that can work with 1c and voip (often there is already a module in the CRM itself instead of a separate softphone)
depending on how telephony comes to the office - if analog lines, then the converter of analog telephony to digital and vice versa, then the converter is connected to the asterisk and its analogues. to the asterisk, it seems like there is already an integration module with 1C.
if the telephony is digital, then it’s even easier - at our last job, the PBX gave the e1 stream to the cisco, which forwarded it to the asterisk via n323, but there was no integration with 1c, because it was not necessary.
