Computer freezes when loading and reinstalling Windows, what should I do?
My iron: percent - ryzen 2400g, mother - b350 asus.
One day my computer started to freeze. When loading Windows (the BIOS does not hang), it hangs on the Windows flag or reaches the desktop and hangs in the same way.
I tried to reinstall Windows from a USB flash drive, it also hangs, it also doesn’t work to roll back or turn it on, it hangs.
I even bought a new hard one and it didn't help either.
As a result, I went to a friend and we started checking my devices on his motherboard, as a result, my percent on his hardware gave the same problem, the computer started to hang at different stages of loading Windows.
Well, I already thought, that's it, the percentage has arrived. Fortunately, it was under warranty and I successfully passed it for diagnostics, after a couple of days they told me that the percent fire and everything was ok with it ...
I went to pick up my stone, of course I asked for a test on the spot, the computer also hung up ... to which they answered me, well, it's probably because of Windows or a hard one.
In general, I handed over the entire PC for verification, they changed my mother and RAM.
As a result, I have all the iron in order, but the computer hangs.
What are the options? I have been going to services for 2 months now.

I had such a problem because of the hard drive, but since you changed it, it's not clear.
try to pull out the vidyahu, suddenly a miracle happens or put another Windows
miracles do not happen...
1. percent issues problems on 2 motherboards!
2. changed the mother and RAM, but the problem remained!
it looks like a ...
3. it would be nice to check the power supply.
3.1. is there enough power?
4. It would be nice to substitute another percent in your system.
ps given that the problem comes up when installing Windows and when booting from a USB flash drive, then an obvious marriage of one of the main components (percent, mother, RAM, bp), and it is worth digging into them.
