As far as I know, Windows does not write information about memory in its logs.
In nix, at boot, you can see information on the hardware in /var/log/dmesg, but this file is overwritten on the next reboot. Perhaps the rotation of the logs is being done and something has been preserved, but as a rule the rotation is not too deep (i.e. the logs are saved for only a few days).
