Computer black screen mouse and keyboard not responding?

Sunday evening the computer worked on Monday morning it doesn’t work anymore, I turn on the black screen of the keyboard and the mouse does not respond (weaving through the USB). This morning I turned it on, it posted for 10 minutes with a black screen, then it reboots itself and sees the BIOS. I checked the power supply of the RAM and the video card everything works. During the process, I managed to connect the computer once and then decided to restart the black screen again. Reset bios done. I checked the battery and replaced it with a new one just in case. Now it also turned on and I rebooted the black screen again? What is the problem ?

Very similar to the symptoms that are present in the case of swollen capacitors on the motherboard and / or power supply. It is better to throw in a power supply that is obviously working, and in any case it is necessary to inspect all the capacitors. And yes, you should also check the power and reset buttons for sticking, it also happens from them (and no one pays attention to them).

Here the usual advice is to disassemble, remove all peripherals, screws, leave only video and memory and turn it on. And see what happens.
