Salute comrade. Interested in some kind of sdk or components that provide remote control functionality, with screen capture, mice and keyboards (ideally also so that there is a voice). There are enough ready-made solutions (the same teamviewer or something from vnc), but I want to integrate the functionality into my system with reference to specialized functionality, and I’m not very excited to develop a bicycle. Is there something in mind?

towards the standard "remote assistant" looked?
why, if not a secret? what do you want to implement? maybe there are more interesting ways to accomplish the task

yes looked. remote assistance does not have much desire and opportunities for integration into other applications. I'm interested in a service that looks like logmein rescue if I'm not mistaken. That
is, 1. people on the site download a "one-time" (for 1 session) and configured exe / java applet / do not care what, launches it,
2. the admin is notified that a request for help has come. he clicks “open”
3. the person confirms that he is ready to turn on the remote control
4. a session is made (via http), the characteristics of which should be periodically sent to my server
5. The session is closed. "exe / java applet / don't care what" stops running / gives a message
