How to stream image from PC to MacBook?

Can I run a conditional game/demanding app on my windows 10 PC and stream to my MacBook Pro (2020, Catalina 10.15.7) via internal network while still controlling the PC from my Mac? The option with TeamViewer will not work, the delay is too long.

In short, I want to play the new cyberpunk from bed with a gamepad / work in Altium on a good matrix, while using the power of a stationary PC.
The data transfer rate from the laptop to the router is about 900 Mbps, the PC is connected with a gigabit cable
