Completely torn up the site, how can I close the copy?

Found today on the net the site btcinfa.com , which is a complete copy of my site btcsec.com , with the exception of some sections that, apparently, were difficult to tear.

I’m not at all against copying information from my site with an indication of the source, but here everything was brazenly torn apart: both the content and the design, they only changed the wallet for donates.

You can't find out anything about the owner of the domain by Huiz, judging by the name of the domain - our compatriot. Is there a way to contact him? Where and what should I write about such a violation so that this site is closed?

In general, a strange move, I would not say that the site has such wild popularity to tear it apart. Donates won't even pay for hosting. Was he going to hang ads there or what? So the topic is too narrow. In short, I don’t understand the motives, but it’s a shame that the content, in which so much time and effort has been invested, like this, one fine day, someone stupidly tear themselves up as if nothing had happened.

Pre-trial claim - abusive letter to the hoster - court.

Find the registrar through whois, write to him in the abuse system. By IP, you can also find a hoster, write to him there. Although usually in Russia no one cares ...

DDOS is everything. Order not a week - he will be kicked out anyway. He will switch to another server - and they will get him there. And since this is a copy of your promoted resource, it will simply not be interesting and profitable for him to pay big money for little profit. It will be cheaper and easier.
PS> The enemy of my enemy is my friend. So, in such cases, I am for honest DDoS, rather than running around with letters to hosters and begging for the closure of such assholes.

It is not even in the index (I, G). Yes, there is no point in worrying. Write to the hoster or registrar, it works 100%.

Looks like they are hosted by Hetzner. Write a complaint there. They seem to be sensitive to complaints.

I have the same issue as you. I wrote to the hoster where the damaged site is hosted. That hoster said that he did not care, if I want, I can sue. If there is a court decision to bury the site, hosting will be suspended ...

A year ago there was a similar task, but the mativs are different. Russian hosters and providers really do not care and there is very little hope for the law!
BUT! Google will not index this site and, moreover, will not put it in the search results if it sees that this is a copy ... I don’t know for sure about Yandex, but I suspect that it’s the same ...
