Complete anonymity on mac os - how?

How to achieve complete anonymity on Mac OS X?
Of the programs that I use (related to the Internet): Firefox, Telegram, Skype.
How to completely disable geolocation, saving passwords (except for saving a password for logging in and for an Internet connection), and what else needs to be done for anonymity?

The easiest way to complete anonymity is to disconnect from the Internet.

For increased anonymity, you need to:
- use tor+vpn+firewall
- use plugins to combat trackers, cookies, scripts, for example, these:
www.hongkiat.com/blog/firefox-security-plugins
- work from different locations
- do not run one and the same activity (for example, correspondence with the same persons) from one ip \ from one location \ according to repeating patterns
- do not download or install the left software, but preferably - the right one too
- you can use special Linux distributions, such as tails , incl. from under the VM.
And what for to you so to be ciphered? It's just that if there are no real reasons, it's terribly stressful (for example, Skype and complete anonymity are a little less compatible than nothing), and if there are reasons, then it's not a fact that it will help.

complete anonymity is a myth. like normal anonymity. if you killed something that can betray you, this does not mean that something you do not know about will not betray you.

Use incognito mode in your browser. This option is in both FF and Chrome. Nothing will be saved on the local machine.
