Compiling TypeScript with gulp, including dependencies?

I understand with Angular 2, and the question arose, is it possible to somehow copy or move all the dependencies that are connected from node_modules in the build folder?

It's not entirely clear what you're asking. If you need to assemble a monolithic application from compiled modules, then browserify will help. To compile TypeScript code, there is the gulp-typescript module.
