Competition equipment?

Does anyone know what are the solutions to this issue?
In general, the hardware itself is more interesting what it consists of: what sensors, what receivers, etc.

Well, for the sausage eating competition, 25 plates, two pans, a gas stove and a knife were used.

It all depends on what kind of competition. It is impossible to give a clear answer to your question without clarifying the rules of the competition.
Let's say for a competition who will quickly poke a button (well, like their game is something), it will be enough at the minimum for a device that will provide the logic of operation (MK), buttons, indicators, connectors with wires (you can solder on snot), maybe something type of relay for switching, if you need to turn on powerful lamps + whistles at will.
