Compatibility mat. boards and SVO?

I plan to buy a PC, I settled on the following components:
CBO: DeepCool GAMMAXX L240 v2
Mat. motherboard: ASRock H570M Pro4
RAM: Kingston FURY Renegade 4x8GB DDR4
Question is, can I put all 4 sticks of RAM in this motherboard with this CBO? The reviews write that quite often the hose fittings overlap the first RAM slot during a normal installation (the logo on the pump is located normally, not rotated / upside down). Also interested, in case of overlapping the RAM slot, will the BPM radiators or the M2 radiator of the slot interfere with these same hoses if the pump is still turned?
