Comparing html css with programming languages?
Hello, I'm new, I'm learning html and css on the html academy website. I ask myself this question: even if they do not go quite simply (the topics of inheritance, for example, etc.), then this is directly proportional to the fact that the programming languages themselves (for example, js, python, php) will go where more foul? Is there a correlation? I would be glad to read your opinions on this matter. I'm not going to throw the case at all, but I'm interested in how it goes on

HTML, CSS and programming languages are completely different things. In HTML, you simply describe how the page will look, but with PL everything is more complicated: you describe what and how the program should do, and in addition to the language itself, you need to know algorithms, data structures, etc.
html and css have no logic, can process no scripts at all, except for those in keyframes, and then these are not scripts
in the PL, but there are ... you can describe the behavior for almost any action
