Compact Single board computer with HDMI input, is there one?

We are looking for an SBC for a specific task - to pick up 1080p video from HDMI, pack it in h264 and send it via wifi.
At the same time, it should be compact and with a minimum of unnecessary parts / connectors.
For example, this one: www.gateworks.com/product/item/ventana-gw5510-sing...

Pros - very small, built-in HDMI input, hardware h264, nothing more
Cons - expensive, no built-in wifi, weak percentage
Maybe there is more in mind something similar?
