Compact Framework: C# - how to kill the Start process?

I am writing a Kiosk mini-application on CF 3.5 to determine the price by barcode.
Now it is required to forbid minimizing the application window, as well as "kill" the Start button.
I figured out the standard Minimize, Minimize, Close buttons, but it remains possible to launch Start, and minimize the application by clicking on the tray. How can I prevent any attempts to collapse/close/overlap it?
What processes and how to kill?
