Common fonts for all systems?

I want to use this font "Source Sans Pro". On windows and android it is (I have), it should be on both mac and linux, I guess. Where can I find a list of fonts exactly available on systems.

In principle, there are none. On an open system, open fonts, on a proprietary one, their own proprietary ones. In addition, there are outdated OS versions on which the font set is narrower.
I found Source Sans Pro on my working 10. I did not install the system, the font is clearly Google, and there is a suspicion that it was installed along with Chrome. On the home 7-ke, which has never contacted Chrome, most likely will not.
And on Android, the list of fonts also depends on the browser. At 8.9" FullHD, the only browser where you can see anything at all is Chanterelle, and the font is slightly different there.
