Commercial use of a product that has been abandoned?

Hey!
There is one framework, but the developers scored on it, at the moment neither the site nor the forum is available, it is also unlikely to contact them. At a time when it was still maintained by the authors, I received an individual license.
The question is, can I continue to use this framework for commercial purposes and beyond? What is the status of its license and usage rights? Continues to operate until the end of time? Or now it doesn’t matter at all, can you break it, do reverse engineering, change icons, names, and everything else that is usually prohibited?
If there cannot be a specific and unambiguous answer, I ask for similar examples from life, perhaps this situation occurs with many products that have been abandoned.

Telepaths are still on summer vacation. The license agreement does not specify the duration of its validity? Then in the jurisdiction of which country was it concluded? If Ukraine, then it seems so; if Russia, then it should be read that he is five years old, emnip. But you check.

Would you piss?

Maybe they died. It's like reading Bulgakov in a PDF made by some pirate and being afraid that the FSB will rape you via IP for not buying a book in a store. Bulgakov no longer needs this money. Just like they will not look for products now made on their framework and modified, to prove that you stole the code, and did not write it yourself, it's hard if not impossible.
