Commercial antispam - which one to choose?

Good afternoon!
I was surprised to find that two highly respected antispam solutions (of those that you can buy), namely Kaspersky Antispam (nee Spamtest), and Spamodefense from Yandex, do not make sense to buy. The engine of the first of them has not been updated since 2008, the second one has ceased to be sold as a separate product at all, and is offered only on pdd.yandex.ru (the transfer of a corporate domain there is not considered in this case).
Tell me, dear ones, are there anti-spam products on the market now that you can buy, install in your company, and which would perfectly filter the spam stream by content? Spam, of course, is in Russian (I'm used to seeing it as more inventive than American). It is also desirable to implement the gray list function for "possibly spam", and intelligible management. Well, updating spam databases.
PS I studied free options myself, this is not a question. The question is precisely the offer of the market for commercial solutions. I am surprised to see so far that only non-Russian companies have remained on it, is it really so?

Thank you, but this is SaaS, and we do not consider SaaS. Firstly, I want to see a verification system in my server room, and secondly, I don’t want to give office mail “to the left” at all. And for reasons of reliability and responsibility (a striking anti-example is just pdd.yandex.ru), and confidentiality.
In any case, thanks! I would also like to know what kind of engine works in Spamorez ...

Barracuda Spam & Virus Firewall - isn't it? There are both SaaS and virtual appliance.
