How realistic is it that when communicating with one of my friends, for example, when sending a message like @ # Congratulations in Viber or Telegram, my interlocutor received a congratulation from my server, intersted as a technology for the service, not downloading a specific picture and text, namely for some commands. Perhaps someone saw the implementation? I will be grateful for your help

Relatively recently, an API for Telegram for developing bots has appeared.
