Need to open Python file (File name has spaces)

cd C:\Users\LENOVO\Desktop\Python файлы 
...
$ C:\Users\LENOVO\Desktop\Python файлы 
...
python project a.py -F
...
$ python: can't open file 'C:\Users\LENOVO\Desktop\Python файлы\project': [Errno 2] No such file or directory
