Combining asp.net core mvc and angular?
Is such a combination possible?
If so, how does it all function, and what is responsible for what? In the case of web api and angular, everything is clear to me, but not quite with mvc and angular
. (there are many articles on the Internet on this topic, but with a combination of asp.net core and angular, I did not find any)

Why do you need to duplicate layouts and stuff? What do you want like in php? Nobody forbids you. Just take a non-core project and move it to core
I see no reason to combine razor markup and angular. Write restful api on asp net core and front on angular - ok.
