How to quickly dive into Asp.net development?

Good evening!
Description:
The manager set the task to transfer the project (handwritten EDMS) written in C # winforms to the Web service i.e. so that a certain circle of people would have access to this application through web browsers and, accordingly, cross-platform.
My knowledge:
- C# winforms - proficient knowledge
- MySQL - professional knowledge
Problem:
- I'm not familiar with Asp.net
- HTML, CSS, JS minimal knowledge
Questions:
- What can I read in this situation to quickly start developing a project. I'm going to the bookstore tomorrow, is the development timeline tight?
- What is the best way to use pure Asp.net or Asp.net MVC in development?
