if I mount it like this

owncloud works but there is no access to folders on the disk via ftp and
minidlna , says make the rights 0770 to the storage. it is visible between users (although if you entered the web interface before changing the rights of the mounted disk, everything works, the check occurs only when you enter owncloud) I also tried to add ,umask=0007,dmask=0007 like this

ftp and minidlna continue to work but the owncloud web interface completely falls off on the network, I
came across an advice to simply disable the check in the php code of owncloud, but the next update will have to do it again and it's ugly. But this is precisely the main snag. ownCloud was set up for itself and its needs, therefore, the access of other users between folders is not very disturbing.
In fact, you need to make access to the same folders for www-data, pi and minidlna users, and
everything else on the same disk there is a folder with the svn database, but it seems to work in almost all scenarios

solved the problem having created a usbhddgrp group with id 1001
, added all three users to it and mounted it like this
UUID=5030C3903B6590DF /media/usbhdd/ ntfs-3g utf8,uid=pi,gid=1001,umask=0007,dmask=0007,noatime 0 0
and everything worked

Make a group, include all three demons there and set the rights to all folders to 0770 - everyone is happy, the problem is solved
