Colors on laptop and phone screens are different. How to normalize?

Recommend solutions to help normalize colors on a laptop screen. It gives out too rich shades, while on the phone the shades in the same image fade noticeably (blue and yellow suffer the most). I tried to play with brightness and saturation, but if some colors match, others suffer. Now the color space is set to sRGB. OS: W7

Color profiles need to be calibrated. And if it is still possible to do this on a laptop / monitor, then on the phone - hardly.
