Colocation with telephone lines?

Dear All, but does anyone know hosters (Moscow) who can include ordinary copper telephone lines in the colocation service (it is clear that for a separate penny)?
Well, or at least telephony on the E1 stream, at worst.

@borisovdn

copper telephone lines are services under a telephone license, and colocation are services under a telematics license (and if there is a host, then there is also a data transmission license). This is a different service. If everything is done under a colocation agreement, then pirate services are obtained
