Collection of analytics of MS Exchange?

Good afternoon. On 2 servers running Windows Server 2008 are MS Dynamics CRM 2013 and MS Exchange 2010 (each has its own server). A list of recipients is formed in CRM, the list is sent to the Exchange server, which in turn performs mass mailing. Is it possible to generate any analytics: sent, returned, read, not read? What other analytics can be collected? Exchange resources can do this? Do you need some additional software?

Read, not read - by standard means - fiction.
Something like:
Get-TransportServer | Get-MessageTrackingLog -Sender [email protected] -EventID Sent (or Fail)
