Interested in reviews of the DEPO Storm 3400A2 server. We plan to purchase this model as the main one. How reliable is the server? What troubles can be? What other Russian company can be considered?

Time already DEPO do not advise - try STSS. Essentially the same thing - the assembler on the SuperMicro platform, but at least they test their hardware thoroughly, and are responsible for the quality. They replace failed components under warranty without problems, and all that. There is experience in operating STSS servers - there is nothing to complain about, it works quite normally.
