Collecting game data, am I breaking the law?

I am engaged in the distribution of the game client, the client has a statistics module about where the player played (what servers) and how much he played, etc.
Is it legal to collect such data and share it with the owners of these servers?
It seems to me that not quite, so the question arose, is a simple agreement on the site that the game client collects such data, is it enough or not?!

There are three main options:
And then decide for yourself which option is yours. We do not know what kind of data, and what you have there as an identifier. Or maybe you just pass the number (the ideal option, by the way, like 1000 people played with you today, without id, but the benefit is so-so). Can you be sure that the user will not receive a client bypassing the agreement on the site (a friend brought it on a flash drive).
