Collapse of raid1 from ssd intel s3710 to asusp9d-m?

motherboard asus p9d-m
2 disks intel s3610 200 GB
raid1 in Intel mode, here windows server 2008r2 plus base 1s.
There is an Ippon SmartPower Pro 1400 UPS. No power outages were observed, the disks seem to have protection against a sudden power outage.
There was free space on the disks, the firmware at the time the raid was created was the latest.
After 4 months of use suddenly massive damage to the file system on both drives. After the restoration, it worked for another 3 days and collapsed again ... This time I restored it remotely through the ASMB7-iKVM module without a raid. Now one disk is occupied, the second one is connected but not used. 3 months working. Ideas?
- LSI raid mode?
- an expensive server motherboard with a high-quality raid controller, a new case and other things that get out of the budget?

How are the disks connected, through a basket or directly with sata cables? and without logs it's hard to say what could be the problem. Is a quality power supply installed?
